Direct Plus by Patient Plus provides access to most in-clinic healthcare services for a simple, fixed monthly price, making it easier to manage healthcare expenses and avoid surprise billing. Patients without insurance, or those seeking care outside their healthcare network, can use Direct Plus to avoid paying the full out-of-pocket cost for each visit.

A Direct Plus membership is not health insurance, and cannot be purchased by patients with Medicaid, Medicare, or commercial insurance. It’s peace of mind knowing that your basic healthcare needs are covered at an affordable rate. For $20 a month, you can visit any Patient Plus Urgent Care location at no additional cost*.
