Patient Plus Urgent Care offers confidential online bill pay through our online portal. Please visit our bill pay portal to register and login to your account.
If you have questions or concerns about your medical bill, please call 877-878-8294 ext. 641. Our billing team will be happy to assist you Monday – Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.
If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card. If you are 17 years of age or older, you must provide a valid photo ID. If you are under the age of 17, a guardian must be present at the time of treatment and provide a valid photo ID.
In addition, please bring a medication list including the name, dosage, and directions.
If the provider determines you need to be seen by a specialist, we will make a recommendation for you.
Patient Plus Urgent Care accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. Please visit our Insurance Page or call the insurance provider listed on your insurance card to determine if Patient Plus is in-network with your insurance.
Yes! You can print and complete the forms prior to your visit or you can hold your spot in line using our online check-in and fill out your paperwork there.
Yes! Patient Plus providers are trained to treat patients from 3 months and up.
